The school employs more than 30 educators whose native language is German. Their goal is to support each student's knowledge of the German language and help to achieve their individual best. The teachers introduce traditions and customs of the German language so the students will gain a genuine understanding of the German culture to give them a well-rounded experience. All teachers are highly motivated and strive to meet the individual needs of the children living abroad.
Regular meetings with teachers and board members facilitate cooperation and communication. Full-day workshops give teachers the opportunity to share experiences and develop strategies. Classroom visits conducted by Administrative School Team members help to reflect and optimize teaching goals.
Each semester, parent-teacher conferences provide parents with information about the development and progress of their children, as well as to help strengthen communication between home and school.
